We confirm that the school exists and that it does not yet have an organisation in Schoop.

What we check
A simple check.
Before we create the organisation, we only check whether the school already has an organisation in Schoop. This way we avoid duplicate organisations for the same school.
- That the school exists.
- That the school does not yet have an organisation in Schoop.
- That there is no other active request for the same school.
Each school has just one organisation in Schoop. Within that organisation there can be leadership, teachers, leads, students and collaborators. The check exists to avoid duplicate organisations for the same school.
Who should request access?
The initial request should be made by the leadership, a teacher, coordinator, project lead, newspaper lead or another authorised member of school staff.
Students do not create the school’s organisation. Once the organisation exists, students can take part according to the permissions defined by the school.
